About Our Agent

Colonial Towne Insurance was founded in 1986, by Carol Tooley-Hall. Carol was born in Williamsburg, VA, a mother of two children and four grandchildren. Carol has always had a desire to care for others; she takes your business very personally when handling your affairs. Before the insurance business, she worked for James City County Treasurers Office, the banking industry, and retail. This gave her a broad perspective of financial planning. She attended Christopher Newport University where she majored in accounting, law, and banking.

Carol received her LUTCF (Life Underwriting Council Fellow) designation in September of 1989. She became the first female president of the Williamsburg Association Life Underwriters in 1989-1990. She was chosen for the Who's Who in Top Executives, of Women Executives, and Executive of Women Professionals several times, as well as Who's Who in the Heritage Registry.

Before opening her business, she worked as a life agent for several companies, winning many trips and awards.

Carol enjoys grandchildren, reading, gardening, and traveling. Her principles are valued through her Christian upbringing. She enjoys working with clients, who later become her friends.
